South African Sales & Support Specialist
We are looking for a motivated individual from South Africa to join our team in Split as a Sales & Support Specialist. In this role, you will help connect our Cape Town-based team with the rest of our company and play a key part in our day-to-day operations.
This is a full-time, office-based position in Split (Croatia). Remote work is not an option.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:

Sales to business clients who register on our platform

Account management, including follow-ups and ongoing relationship development

Customer support, ensuring a high level of service and problem-solving

Acting as a bridge between our South African team in Cape Town and the rest of the company
You’ll be working in a friendly and collaborative environment with a young and motivated team—most of us are around 30 years old.
Requirements

South African citizenship or deep familiarity with the South African market

Excellent communication skills in English

Experience in sales, customer service, or account management is an advantage

Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Compensation

Starting gross salary: €2,000/month

Gross salary after 7 months (upon meeting targets): €2,500/month
